Made of durable, solid urethane with embedded heavy-duty magnets and flat “butt joints” on the small sides, which allow multiple blockouts to be stacked together to create any desired slot length.

We have several existing urethane molds for various sizes and can inexpensively create new molds to meet your needs.

Keyway/Baffle Slot Formers can also be made out of aluminum by custom request.
